The Job

 

  • Undertake and manage administrative based project work as directed
  • Support networks chaired by the management, including the maintenance of contacts
  • Prepare and produce reports, conduct internet research and power point presentations
  • Handle relevant management enquiries
  • Maintain confidential files and records
  • Liaise with clients on administrative issues
  • Support management's e-mail and other internet based activities
  • Provide administrative service and support
  • Organise board and committee meetings,
  • Manage and administer budgets

 

Job Requirements

 

  • A good first degree.
  • A minimum of five (5) years experience.
  • Proven administrative skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Very confident, outgoing individual, willing to travel and work long hours.
  • Excellent verbal and non verbal skills.

      Age: 35 – 40 year

3.Marketing Officer MO 001       
Key Functions:
  • Marketing products to achieve set targets
  • Liaising and building client relations
  • Developing advertising opportunities, including placing adverts in newspapers
  • Maintaining and building contacts with the media
  • Writing and distributing press releases
  • Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers - this can involve writing and proofreading and liaising with designers and printers
  • Maintaining and updating mailing databases
  • Carrying out market research and customer surveys
Qualifications:
  • Good first degree.
  • Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience.
  • Good computer skills
