1.Product shift leaders
The main objective of this job is to ensure effective and efficient operation of bottling equipment/utilities to deliver volume targets during shift operation. Responsibilities: Routine maintenance during shift operations. Planning and implementing scheduled equipment maintenance/refit programs. Supervise shift production activities to deliver shift volume, Quality and yield targets. Ensure adherence to safety procedures during production Preparation of accurate shift reports and raising job request for Maintenance Manager's attention To succeed in this role, you must be highly resourceful, result oriented and possess superior communication/analytical skills.

Who may apply:
BSc/HND in Electrical, Electronic, Industrial, Production or Mechanical Engineering C & G 123 certificate plus additional qualification in the relevant engineering field. A good knowledge of Computer will be an added advantage.

2.Shift quality assurance manager
Description
Ensure that products produced during shift meet/exceed TCCC quality standard and statutory requirements through effective monitoring of the manufacturing processes for best manufacturing practice. THE JOB Ensure that beverage Product and Package Quality during shift meets set quality standards. Ensure all Raw Materials used during the shift meet Coca-cola specification for good quality Products. Help in identification of HACCPs in the plant to reduce the risk involved to zero. Ensure the GMP of the plant during his or her shift is of food industrial standards in order to achieve good quality products and good company image. Manage and coach subordinates in order to increase their capability and efficiency in carrying out their duties THE PERSON He must have ability to create alliance by working effectively with other The jobholder in carrying out his job must have basic food technology skill to enable him trouble shoot, analyze and execute quality functions during the shift. He must have ability to create alliance by working effectively with other team members, maintain constructive alliances and managing risks intelligently and take responsibility for making well analyzed business decisions (thinking, 'as an owner of the business) in order to achieve organization goals. The jobholder must be versed in people management, as he must be able to provide and supervise subordinates in achieving set objectives.
Who may apply
B.sc (2nd class lower minimum) & HND (lower class minimum) in the following disciplines: Food Technology, Food science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Applied Biology, Industrial Chemistry, Microbiology, Laboratory Science/Technology Working experience will be an added advantage
