We are a reputable procurement, maintenance and project engineering
company in the Oil & Gas, Water and Power industries with operations
spread across Nigeria
We require the services of a dynamic and experienced BUSINESS
DEVELOPMENT MANAGER for immediate employment at our Port Harcourt Office
QUALIFICATION
Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of ten years
post qualification experience in areas related to Sales, Marketing,
Business Development, Project Engineering and Project Management.
Advanced qualifications (M.Eng, MSc,MBA) will be an advantage
AGE- Preferably between 35-40 years
JOB SPECIFICATION- The successful candidate will be responsible for
promoting the company?s product lines and prospecting for procurement,
maintenance, project engineering and construction works in the
industries earlier specified
Growing existing and developing new business opportunities
Marketing products and engineering services to the Multi National Oil
Companies, the NNPC and its subsidiaries and other such entities
Visiting customers to identify specific needs as well as develop close
relationships with decision makers and other useful contacts
Liaising with Engineering Dept. to ensure responsive and winning project
bidding exercises
REEQUIRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
The ideal candidate would preferably be conversant with the Oil & Gas,
Power, Water and the Process industries, must be able to work with
little or no supervision, must have excellent interpersonal
relationships, strong leadership ability and extensive networking
capability with demonstrably persuasive oral and written communication
and presentation skills, must be proactive, commercially aware, customer
focused and comfortable with significant travel, must also be computer
literate and possess strong analytical skills
