Job Description
Ensuring supervision of hardware installations and carry out commissioning and integration of Wireless products as relates to the following technologies (GSM and U MIS).
Perform test activities from stand-alone test, integration test to acceptance test of wireless network elements.
Provide technical and operations support for in service Wireless network, elements (GSM/UMTS). Ensure project deployments achieve the time cost, and quality targets for wireless solutions, as defined by the Project Manager/Line Manager.
Ensure that project delivery on Wireless Solutions is above defined KPI’s.
Manage the implementation of Wireless projects for clients.
Escalate any issues that may affect the delivery of Wireless Solutions project to the project Manger/Line Manager
Supervise and report sub-contractor performance on Wireless project delivery and quality of deployment
Identify and recommend appropriate tools and resources for monitoring and reporting solution performance.
Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly status reports on Wireless project performance to identified, stakeholders

Required Skills:
Good knowledge of (GSM/UMTS technologies.
Good knowledge of installation, commissioning and integration of Wireless products (BSC /RNC and BTS/ Node B) as relates to the following technologies (GSM and UMTS).
Minimum of 2 years experience in a delivery driven Telecommunications environment.
Good troubleshooting skills, such that faults arc promptly identified and rectified to meet the required SLAs.
A good team player and able to work effectively.
Willing to accept responsibility and able to work with minimum supervision Be located in Abuja/Kano and willing to travel around Nigeria if required. Employment Status: Fixed Term Contract. One Year at first

Experience in a Telecom Engineering Company. Telecoms Vendor or 1CT is preferred and is of top-priority.
Bachelor or Higher Degree in Electrical, Computer Science or telecommunications Engineering
Good Customer service orientation, communication skills, good team spirit and has ability to work independently.
Self-motivated, flexible, enthusiastic to work with both Oral and written fluency in English Language.
Should be ready to work under pressure in all kind of working condition.
Proficient in Microsoft office(word, excel and PowerPoint)
