MTN is recruiting for a HR Learning Advisor (Education).
Working in the Human Resources Department and reporting to the Senior Manager Learning & Development. Candidate should possess a good first degree preferably in the social sciences;

A recognized learning and development qualification E.g. CIPD diploma will be an added advantage and a significant knowledge of university / professional bodies programs, services and course requirements.
The ideal candidate must have 4 years work experience including:
- 2 years in an education/ study advisory role
- 1-2 years data management experience
- Some project management experience
The main responsibilities include:
- Advise staff HR and program providers on student related matters
- Create program awareness and ensure adequate documentation of information
- Manage, monitor and evaluate education programmes
