IGI is recruiting for Customer Care Officers. The overall purpose of the role is attending to customers. Candidates must be graduates with a minimum of B.Sc (2nd class lower) or HND (upper credit) in Marketing or relevant discipline.
They must possess 2 years cognate experience in similar job function and a high sense of salesmanship and an ability to accommodate existing and win new customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Attending to customer calls either on telephone or physically on inquiries, complaints & faults
- Explain to customers the entire services offered
- Ensure prompt response to customers needs'
- Advise customers on cost or equipment
- Liaise with engineering department in resolving issues and complaints, etc.
