As an HR Analyst, your responsibilities may include:
.A broad exposure to the development, monitoring and improvement of HR policies, practices and programs
.Project work on specialized topics in areas such as compensation, benefits, staffing and development, and workplace policy
.Provision of advisory service and support to business unit management and employees in areas such as: workforce planning, performance management, compensation, recruitment, employment equity, workplace diversity, and industrial relations .
The Candidate:
The successful candidate will come from a multinational background, used to work in a constantly changing environment in a multi-site operation and have experience in working in the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate profile At least a 2.1 degree in Human Resources Management/Industrial Relations or Business Administration/Commerce with a specialization or demonstrated interest in HR-related topics

The incumbent serves as the Senior Mechanical Engineer providing professionalengineering services through planning, design, estimating and technical review ofconstruction/renovation projects for the US Embassy in Abuja Nigeria.
He or she will be responsible for the preparations of specifications, drawings, list of materials andconstruction cost estimates. Although a team of other engineers manages the nonroutine, unusual or unprecedented, moderate complex maintenance operations for US Government owned buildings, equipment, facilities and associated grounds, incumbent will be the lead technical authority to the FM and Post Management for mechanical engineering-related services. these include fire suppression system, 215 ons of chilled water system, blowers ranging form 5 to 75 HP in size. Job Description:
Perform routine O&M procedures as prescribed for the Power, Transmission and BTS Radio networks React to emergency faults and ensure that all faults are rectified promptly within contracted SLA Ensure provision of power (requisite quality) to all sites within purview 24 hours a day Implement cross connect equipment in his designated area of the MTN Network Compile information on and report on the availability of the transmission network in light of the Service Level Agreement (SLA) To swiftly diagnose and clear any faults or alarms assigned by trouble ticket or ensure escalation within time period stipulated in SLAs to correct parties if unable to fix.
